Motion to accept Secretary/Treasurer Report by WB5AAA, second by K5FNQ. With no objections, the motion carried.
K5ER gave notice that nominations for club officers are now
open. Live nominations will be accepted
at this meeting. Electronic nominations
will open on March 19 and close on April 6.
Electronic voting will open on April 7 and close on April 20. Live vote will take place during LCC meeting
at
K5ER was nominated to serve as president by KI5XP, seconded by KN5O. Motion carried.
KI5XP was nominated to serve as vice-pres by KA5M, seconded by KN5O. Motion carried.
W5WZ was nominated to serve as Sec/Treas by KA5M, seconded by KI5XP. Motion carried.
KN5O was nominated to serve as director by W5WZ, seconded by KI5XP. Motion carried.
KA5M was nominated to serve as director by KI5XP, seconded by W5WZ. Motion carried.
